What's the difference between Desktop and Cloud?
Same app, same features. The desktop app is a one-time purchase (£29.99) and stores everything locally on your machine. The cloud version is £4.99/mo and lets you access your invoices from any browser on any device.
What does the paid licence include?
All 6 templates, clean PDFs without watermarks, Gmail and Outlook integration, dashboard analytics, and every future update — whether you choose desktop or cloud.
Is my data private?
On desktop, everything is stored locally on your device — nothing leaves your machine. On cloud, your data is encrypted and stored securely on our servers so you can access it from anywhere.
Does the cloud version work offline?
The cloud version requires an internet connection. If you need offline access, the desktop app works entirely without internet — create invoices, manage clients, and export PDFs anytime.
Can I switch between Desktop and Cloud?
Yes. You can export your data from either version and import it into the other. Use desktop at home and cloud on the go — your workflow, your choice.
How does email integration work?
Connect your Gmail or Outlook account from Settings. When ready, hit the email button and your invoice PDF is sent directly from your own email address.
What currencies are supported?
5 built-in currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CHF) plus full support for custom currencies. Add any currency with your own symbol and formatting.
Can I customise the look of my invoices?
Yes. Pick from 6 templates, add your logo, choose an accent colour, and set your business details. Each invoice can have its own look.
